It was always a lifelong dream of mine to go to Peru. It’s a country with so many different cultures and beautiful artwork but overlooked by many. It supposed to be beautiful, everyone who has been there as a tourist either loved it or really liked it!
I left my house, gave the keys to my friends to take care of my plants (yes, I’m one of those) and was dropped of by the airport by an ex-girlfriend (yes, seriously, I’m on of those!).
Everything went fairly smooth, got in the plane and looked around me and said to myself: “Here we go!”
After many cans of Ginger Ale and movies later I arrived in the Capital of Peru, Lima! Wow, what an energy, what a breeze of a new adventure. The weather was certainly great when I arrived which already makes things 10x better right. I tried to find an ATM to get everything sorted out and my adventure can start. My first goal was to experience a little of the city life and then proceed to the famous Machu Pichu.
